The Császár Komjádi swimming pool complex is something like Hungary's sports heritage, having had most of the great Olympic gold medallists of the past train in its pools. These days, if you are lucky, you may find the men's water-polo team training in the indoors pool system. However, Komjádi is not only visited by the hardcore sport maniacs, but also by those ordinary mortals, simply conscious of their health; old and young alike, as it provides a pleasant and comfortable environment to detach from the stress of the daily routine, offering a great opportunity to mix and mingle with others of the same genre. Also, after an exhausting swim, you may want to play some pool (bash some balls?) at the neighbouring billiard salon - a well deserved rest and a great way to stretch those over-worked muscles.
